Shore Steamers

The Steamers brief history...

The Shore Steamers was formed in fall of 2005. The Steamers roster is comprised entirely of players from Maryland's Eastern Shore - with some players traveling from OC/Salisbury weekly to play. The Steamers had a great inaugural season losing to eventual league champion Capital LC in semi-finals. In the Fall of 2006 the Steamers participated in Laxtober Fest - losing in the finals to Team Toyota.

2007 - Our historian was in rehab, so there are no notes

2008 Highlight - "Toilet Bowl" Champions (Consolation Bracket) at OC Lacrosse Classic

2009 - Going through "Growing Pains"

2010 - Spring season was a disappointment; 1-3 OC Classic record but games were close; Laxtoberfest - overall 3rd place finish
2011 - The anticipation is almost that of the O's....can't wait to get out on the field with some new additions to the team.
